Employees and Substitutes will need to register on the new system by calling toll free 1(866) 611- 4621 to activate their account and record their personal announcement. Employees will not be able to access either phone or the web connection until they have registered. A few minutes after you have activated your SubFinder account you can view all of your information on-line at:

To learn more about the Subfinder system, we suggest that you download the appropriate materials below. Employee, Employees needing Subs, and Substitutes may use either the phone system or the web connection.
To Access the SubFinder System: Phone Calling System: Employees and Subs will use the last four digits of their SSN as their PIN.
SubFinder WebConnect System: Employees and Subs will use their last name and the last four digits of their SSN. (SubFinder)
SubFinder IS A SECURE WEB SITE: When you use SubFinder you are entering a highly secure website. What does this mean?
This SubFinder Web site provides secure communication and has a valid certificate. Secure communication means that information you provide, such as your name, SSN, credit-card number, is encrypted so that it can’t be read or intercepted by other people. The certificate is a statement verifying the security of this Web site. A certificate contains information that a specific Web site is authentic. This ensures that no other site can assume the identity of the original site.
When you enter a secure Web site, Internet Explorer displays this dialog box and a lock icon in a locked position on the status bar. When you leave a secure Web site, Internet Explorer displays a dialog box to notify you.
